i think they're reporting a grief.
It's when annoying minecraft players go around destroying people's houses and creations.

I recommend you get bigbrother, worldedit and worldguard.
They are the best anti grief plugins around.

Also to take a screenshot in-game press F2
It will save in "%appdata%/.minecraft/screenshots/"
