Sony Vegas Help

I downloaded sony vegas from torrent because I cant afford it - 200 $ for only video editing software!!!!!
I started installation but this error coming everytime

You need to install Microsoft visual c++ 2008 redistributable package, you can found it on microsoft web page

another thing: Platinum sucks!!!
You need to download the 'pro' version, then you can do a lot more.

If yes then here it is:
Dual core
3 gb ram
Pc res: 1200 x 960
I think other things dont matter in running softwares
If matter then here it is
ATI 5770 HD GFX Card
320 GB Hard Disk
