I remember seeing a post about someone who grew their instagram to 11k in a few days with active followers.

If you can get me something like that, I will be willing to pay. Not sure on how much, but I can pay.


Also, before you tell me you can grow, post some kind of proof.
 
Loyal knows a crap load about IG's, pretty sure he can grow pages as well.

The person you're talking about is Loyal. Also, I wouldn't contact him unless you're looking to spend a good amount.
