Couldn't find a transaction ID, I sent him Receipt ID, and a full screenshot of the confirmation email that was sent to me.

I couldn't find a Transaction ID either. Just drop him a PM with your paypal email. He should upgrade you.

Do you really have to use that font size for text?
It is quite annoying.
