[SOLVED] Quick Question... Ban Appeal Section

So I just saw some dude was banned and I wanted to know why. Read a few more reasons why other people were banned and saw this:

"use ban appeals section if you want"

The thing I'm wondering is, how do you even use that section, when I was banned I logged out and looked the link for it, then logged back in and went to the URL, but it said I wasn't able to access.

So, if someone is banned, how are they supposed to appeal?

There are two banned member user groups. One can post appeals and one can't. Sometimes staff put people in the wrong one.

Well, @Adam, They should make sure to put people in the "right" group, unless they don't really deserve it.
