They're doing a good job keep it up. But my suggestion is to double the size of the team and have members from all around the world.
This means that people can get help much quicker. If you have a virus you generally want it off as fast as possible.

I second this, even though we don't get a lot of threads about these situations, when we do, NOBODY worth talking to is online 'MR Team wise'
