Well pretty much what happened to me.
He can't get on RG, the browser says the connection timed out.
He already tried Firefox and Chrome.

I think you need his IP and give it to Glen to be whitelisted.

I gave my IP to staff to get it whitelisted or whatever and I still can't access it on any browser. This happens a few hours every day.

(on phone atm)

Anyone who is blocked, access the site via a proxy and post PM me your IP and as soon as I can I will add you to the white list.
