Deathcrow said:I have taken calc 1 with analytic geometry, calc 2 with analytic geometry, multi-variable calculus (also known as vector calc), and differential equations.
I am on my 3rd year of college studying to become an electrical engineer.
So in short, I could probably help you with that.
Also, in my opinion Calc 2 is the most difficult one. Diff eq helps clear it up though. But that may also have been because my Calc 2 teacher didn't understand the material well and my Diff eq teacher was really good.
EDIT:
Just checked, I do have all my notebooks from those classes still.
(Got the textbooks as well).
@"Chewbaka", what textbook are you using for your calc 2 class? I am assuming it is different than the one I used, Calculus 9th edition Larson Edwards.

Same idea here, make a thread. If that gets really big, turn it into a forum.

May I ask what math you are taking?
Plague said:The point of doing homework is to struggle, and practice problem related materials that your teacher has taught. Eventually, the frustration turns into satisfaction, once you've practiced the problems and build confidence for upcoming exams. For me, I find help from others pointless, because it defeats the point of an assignment. If I manage to stumble across a difficult problem, convenient resources that i resort to are google and my text book.

Some people get bad teachers or just don't understand the book. Sometimes they need to ask others to get an understanding of HOW to solve a problem. From there they can do all the practice required.
This section isn't for doing homework for others, it is to help them with the process. Usually if they can figure out how to do one problem with someone's help, then they can do all the problems.
Also, helping others doesn't just help them but it also helps yourself. When you teach someone something it helps to reinforce what you already know. Or it could be something you haven't done in a while so it could be a nice refresher.
