[SOLVED] Forum team shoutbox?

I think a forum shoutbox for upgraded members and the staff at RuneGear would be a very effective way of communication.
I believe that a shoutbox will also prevent less spam.
Doing this will most likely bring ease to other members as well.
This is just a suggestion that I hope you will approve.

If you are willing to purchase something PM @"The Elite" Directly. IT's been denied before as it uses to many resourses
