[SOLVED] Can't access site...

So I can't go on RG without a proxy.
I was able to get on here a few hours ago without any problem, I was going to refresh the site and well it didn't load so I said "probably they are updating it". Then after some time I kept trying and still it didn't load, until now that I turn HMA VPN on, and the site loads...
Why is this happening? I'm going to turn the VPN off to see if I can get on.

Just tried and I can't.
I just talked to Chewbaka over Skype and he will whitelist my IP.

Not yet, still using VPN.
