That's a reason why in itself. Also as "...if you are in need of a further explanation, please contact Management.", which means by PM, not by reposting.
What about the uhm, asswipe award or something more precise the trash award? Those two can be given out for sucking up -or at least attempting to- and just being an overall horrible person.
