People are too scared to post because they have nothing over the character limit to say E.g
"GLWS"

"VOUCH"

"LOL"

How about putting some effort into posting, it's not hard and you might even like it. The amount of people online when this is posted, is 30. What's stopping you from starting a topic for a conversation? Nothing.

Can everyone please get on board and actually post, all i really see is LQ posts like above and/or people bumping there own sales threads up.

Blend in and contribute to the forum even if it is posting, it doesn't necessarily have to be donating money. Posting is contributing too.

I'm actually not joking. This has been annoying me for some time. Please take that back and be apart of the forum without being racist.
 
That's a main reason my activity has went down. I just lurk now due to a lack of interesting threads.
 
Just went through Chill's recent posts. Here are some highlights that are on topic.

This is promoting activity, sorry that nobody posts anymore. Mr Correct!
 
That is a main factor, but we're also getting close to 2,500 guests almost every day, and I think that if we had a way to prevent that it would make more people sign up and actually post. You can view everything as a guest except the gamertags section and the private section. On other forums you can't even view someones profile if you don't sign up and I think thats what we need here.

It wasn't implying racism in any way, shape, or form. Also, my post was serious.

Posting on FK is different to being in a skype chat, just like i said before.

Also don't take anything serious from the Spamming and Trolling section.

I was exactly the same at one point, nothing interested me. But i guess i try, that's all i can do. I can't make everyone post


I have noticed this, also on some other forums it limits you to viewing about 10 pages before redirecting you to the "Sign Up" page.

I'm in the same situation.

I really think referrals will help solve the forum inactivity. Need more active members, and more threads.

Edit: a few of the posts Chill is quoting above are really good suggestions.
 
I agree. It's so aggravating seeing everyone just "lurking" without posting anything.
 
I don't understand why everybody starts crying when they see a post that they say is "LQ", especially considering Raptor's post.
 
I was actually enjoying this site back in February and March, but then it went all downhill. I hope that this site can get back on its feet and we can once again become a community.
 
I agree with Sniper. The lack of interesting posts is the main reason I don't post as much and just mainly lurk. I will try to post more
 
There are a lot of interesting posts but FK felt more active in July last year. It's still active now and I'll never leave because it's my favorite forum and I wouldn't want to see it die down. So if it takes an extra minute or two to correct grammar or words like GLWS into a useful post then so be it. I doubt Forum Korner go inactive but it will do if people don't post an just lurk. I'm going to try and get some other people I know from old forums I used to be on to join.
