Nope, it's only if you played up until November 20th.

Hey, not sure if you're still selling this thing but I'm desperate for a specialization code. Played the game before the 20th, and didn't get a code b/c of the 343 email fiasco...

I'm capped at 70, and was planning on ranking up over my break.
