Soft on abuse domain registrar?

Hey guys

Lately, 4 of my domains have gotten suspended within 3 weeks, at Namecheap.com

Now I obviously want to move all my domains away from NameCheap, but which domain-registrar do you guys recommend to move my domains to? I'm looking for a soft-on-abuse reports registrar, so basicly one which never gives alot of attention to them or is to busy, or restores access to domains real quick after abuse.
