That would make sense for followers, but a like is a like either way, not many people on instagram go on the "Likers" count and check everybody's profile on a list, plus a user can just hashtag stuff and then it completely legitimizes random accounts that could be inactive/no pics/etc.

So people might do, and I barely check followers.

using hashtags, as I stated, can negate this as most Instagram users aren't full keen on things like that and see a hashtag + someone neither of them mutually know = result of hashtag not botting. So I wanted to know the difference from HQ/LQ likes

But anywise most people use instagram for personal uses, and not to just browse images.
There is google for it..

Most of them would actually have pictures, and if you have 100 likes and 75% has no pictures (where 25% comes from hashtags, with pics), it shouldn't be legit.
No picture ratio is to high.

Trust me, what I was saying is true.
The users have either profile pictures, and not a random generated name.
I used to run the Social media boost market.
I quit it due large amounts of charge backs ( had around 200 deals & 75 charge backs. ).
