I dont see the point in paying near $7,000 for a car over 10 years old with over 100,000 miles. Unless it's a lot faster than it looks, I'm missing something.

The car seems sick but as the others say, the price may not be worth.
 
I found one for $5500. Slap $500 cash down. Acura's are made by Honda. They are pretty much the more "prestigious" Hondas. They will EASILY last 250-300K miles. On top of that insurance for me is only $156/month
