I have a Toshiba Laptop, and It is broke, Even if the warranty might be expired, can I still call them and say "Hey look, I am a valued customer and I enjoy your products, could I have another laptop to replace this one".

I have the original box and cords and everything...Do you think they would give me the exact same laptop but new?
 

Not a chance..

Figure out whats wrong with it and fix it.. Or, get a new laptop.. and not a Toshiba.
 
Call in and complain and ask to speak to a manager and tell them you'll post videos on the internet of how a perfectly fine laptop just broke and threaten stuff. Hopefully to get you off the phone and to avoid PR issues they'll give you compensation.
