Tomorrow, 18th October would have been my Grandad's 91st Birthday.

His 90th Birthday:

Today could be your last day. Just remember, he's CONSTANTLY with you, won't ever leave your side. You might doubt this theory, but you'll see signs when you least expect it.
 
Never realised how much I took him for granted.
That's why I'm spending as much time as possible with my other nanna. His wife died a few month before I was born and my surviving nanna is divorced because he was a prick.

I hope he's always with me. I hope he sees this. I hope he feels my love and emotion :cry:
 

He can tell you're hurting, and one day, you'll wake up and you'll feel 100x better, because HE is the one who comforted you.

Both of my parents died in a car accident.. my dad was a preacher, my mom was just a housewife.

My dad always talked about his end, and how he'd make sure we were ok and weren't greifing, and for about a week I balled my eyes out.. and then all of a sudden I quit crying.. walked out side.. it was rainy.. and it suddenly just stopped raining.. and the sun came out.. I realized that my father was right.

You're grandad is watching over you. It might be all dark and shady for you now, but everything will shape up. Promise.

I know how you feel. Your grandad in that picture looks like a really good man. I'm sure it would have been nice to know him. made me want to cry and think of my grandpa when I read this.
 
You should be proud, you grandpa fought for your country. He was most likely an amazing guy. I hope you feel alright.
