Went to log on to one of the best tags I have owned,
and it said that the Microsoft account doesn't exist?!

Went to the support and they cannot even pull up any info on my account that was linked to the tag.
Been talking to this guy for over an hour now...
Also someone else now owns the tag...

Yep, either it was jacked/swapped, taken back or jacked by an employee. You can kiss it goodbye unfortunately.
 
Doubt an employee would of taken it, otherwise it wouldn't of been escalated.
