I owned a spaced tag, got home today, MS has completely deleted the MS account, and has recreated it on an employee account. Okay. FUCK OFF.

What they did -

1. Deleted the V1 OG.
2. Deleted my spaced version
3. Claimed the OG onto their launch team account.

I'm currently talking to their Xbox twitter support who are getting back to me via Monday. If they don't, I'm going to have a major bone to pick with them.

Damn dude that suck. I can't believe something like that would happen.
 
I've got two separate twitter support agents looking into it, LL and AD, and I'll call their phone support if that doesn't work. They didn't just swap my spaced tag, they completely deleted the Xbox Account it was associated with, which isn't covered by their ToS or T+C.

They have been doing this alot lately I have noticed. Seen this happen like 8 times now first hand. They won't do shit for you, I am almost certain they allow it.

I had the spaced out version W i l d same shit happen you wont hear any type of response that will satisfy you.

Heard of this happening to tags like Purple, Zelda, and more.
I hope, by some miracle, you can obtain your account.

MS go by the Code of Conduct, shouldn't they maybe read it more themselves? sorry to hear about this man.

I hope Microsoft will actually do something about this. Maybe the can give you the actual OG, that would be nice. Howerev, it does seem unlikely that Microsoft will do anything. It's so greedy of the team to take tags like this.
 

You should definitely be given a few options at an alternate gt like an inactive.
 
Something similar happened to the tag Zelda. An employee got caught taking it or something.
Sorry for your loss, Raptor. Hopefully you get your tag back.
 
Complain a shit ton.. Tell them it has always been your Gamertag and stuff..
Tell them you spent a bunch of money on it and either they give all your money back or give you the Gamertag back.
 
The squeaky wheel gets the grease. It was wrong of them to do that. Good luck getting it back, man.
