I have been on it for about 3 weeks now
What i have ate in the past 4 days.

Healthy or Not?

3 Bags of Cheese'itz about = 400 Cal.
1 Can of Tomato Soup = 90 Cal.
3 Apples = 250 Cal.
3 Pears = 250 Cal.
4-5 Strawberrys = 150 Cal.


Now i have ben eating like this for about 3 weeks now
Today i have had

1 Apple
1 Pear
1/2 bag of Chease'itz
1 Bottle of watter.


This might seam like little and it IS but i don't really find my self hungry. Should i keep going like this or intake more Cals.
I'm trying to loose weight so i figured eat less Cals. than i Burn during my workout
So i could loose weight.
 
I think what your doing now will work man keep it up
 
Dude thats like nothing. I east double that every hour. I don;t know how I am still skinny. lmao. I throw down on food.
 
WTF you weigh 130? Bro you have to work out to get rid of that, work on your abs dont starve yourself.

I weight 130 also. And I too am starting to get a little belly fat. It really doesn't have anything to do with eating. You just need to work out. Sit ups help alot. 50 a day in a month you will have a six pack. Guaranteed.

If you only way 130 pounds then you do not need to cut your regular eating habits. Like Philly said, I would do some sit ups and maybe jog a mile every week to trim your belly fat.
