So I want to get back into an electric payment

But I have some restrictions. If anyone remembers, early 2011 I had a problem where I went negative $160 on paypal and had to tell my parents about it. That kinda fucked me forever, because nobody knows I go online. This is because I'm not really "allowed". I'm 17 but my parents just have their reasons to restrict me.

Anyway, I'm looking for a payment service that I can either almost legally or fully legally use without parental consent + it wouldn't show up at my house, home phone, or any way. So basically a service I can use in secret, but with my real information. Paypal is a minimum age of 18 so I don't really want my funds being frozen. I also don't want to have to use my bank card (I can't).

Any suggestions?

Kinda confused what you mean, you mean like an actual job, online? I think you can apply to be customer support for gold selling sites, also you can work for ChaCha. They pay decent, I guess.

He was asking about another type of payment merchant that does not require him to be 18 or that he would require a bank card.
