So yeah, the Division Family and Children Services came to my house today.
For you foreigners that don't know what that is, they make sure kids are living in a stable home.
Not to brag, but I would rank my family as a bit over middle-classed.
Now that being said, I honestly had NO CLUE as to why they came to my house and pulled me out of class.
The lady talked to me for over an hour about a bunch of useless bullshit and she asked me if there was any illegal activity going on in my house, lmao!
I told her no, but then she tried to go all detective on me and spitball questions at me very quickly to make me mess up so it sounded like I was lying. By the way, my sister and I both smoke pot very frequently so I was a BIT on edge, so was she.
Anyways, she asked me, "So, when was it when you drank a bottle of hand sanitizer?"
I started laughing so hard I almost fell out of my chair. I was sooo confused as to why she wanted to know that.
What really happened was, three years ago in like the 7th or 8th grade my friend dared me to drink the rest of a bottle of hand sanitizer which was filled about only 1/4 of the container. I tried a lick and was like hell nah fuck that, so I didn't.
A HUGE rumor spread saying I drank a whole thing of it and had to go to the hospital to get my stomach pumped. Which was all fake and I was astonished it spread so viciously.
I told her I had no idea what she was talking about and for her to stop believing stupid rumors, lol, and she wound up leaving after 3 hours or so. Not to mention she pulled me out of class to talk for like 45 minutes.
This whole thing was just outrageous and I still can't believe someone reported it after 3 or 4 years...
TL;DR: DFCS came to my house to try and arrest my parents and me for "me drinking hand sanitizer in class", which isn't true.
What are your guys' thoughts on this?
