Where are all the Canadians at?

I was still in bed this morning at 7:30 AM because I didn't start class until 11:00 AM so I was getting some extra sleep. Then my sister, who starts work earlier, calls me to tell me there's a snow storm and to check to see if my school is closed or any of my classes are canceled.

I have two classes today. One 30 min Racquetball class and another 2 hour QM class. Ironically, guess which one got canceled? So now, I'm stuck taking 4 hours worth of combined bus time to go and come back just for 25-30 minutes of gym because I need to hand in something that is worth 10%. I'm so tempted to just send my teacher an email telling him I will give it to him tomorrow, even if it means losing a couple of points.

FML.

Update: I just emailed him a copy of the assignment explaining my situation. Hope he's not a prick about it.

Take the few points off and go in tomorrow.
Not worth all the time or effort.

4 hours to get there? Ouch.

Usually an hour and a half to go and another hour and a half to come back but I'm assuming 2 hours both ways today because of the storm.

...that's if he allows it to be later at all. I've known some assholes teachers in my day, let me tell you that much.

we never ever get snow days here!

Wow nice. Good luck with your teacher allowing you to turn it in tomorrow.

I have no school today due to it being Pulaski Day.

I just googled that. LOL

What is "Pulaski Day"? Sorry, I am from Las Vegas, Nevada. :C

My school has a very large amount of 1st/2nd generation Polish and Lithuanian students, (I am not, I'm Italian) so we get it off ever year.

I wish we had a snow day. I'm in a study session right now that's so boring fml
