As i said above... i am going to buy it and want to make profit. appraisals to make sure i do NOT overpay

No matter what item you are buying you are going to overpay because maybe the seller obtained it for less. Now he is selling it for much more, I speak from experience.

Yo hop the fuck off his thread, he's asking for an appraisal, not for some bitch to complain. He wants to know to see if it's not worth buying, or worth buying. If it is appraised for more than its selling for, he knows it's profitable. So fuck off.
