Snapchat Usernames Question

I know Snapchat doesn't allow to do name changes for "security reasons" I was wondering if anyone know how to transfer it onto a new account.
Does deleting the SC and re-making a new account work?

No it doesn't I don't think there is any way to transfer a username.
