Slow website?

Currently when i'm browsing it tends to drop out from time to time, it also lags when i try to post.

Anybody else experiencing problems like this? :3

My connection is fine.. I've been in 2 placed recently which both have an "ok" connection and it's been slow, it might be my laptop so i'll try restarting it.. :/
