Anyone else think its annoying as fuck that when you click skype you cannot just start typing like aim... I swear every single time I click skype I start typing and then have to go back and click the box, because they have it setup stupid as fuck. Shit pisses me off so damn much. I should just stop using skype again.
 
Mine always works the right way like Aim lol I never have the problem you're saying, try downloading the newest version.
 
I hate this too. ._. Cuz it starts typing in the search box as if I wanted to search for something..

You can switch it to compact view so it won't do that though. Compact view is where it separate your friends online in 1 box, and all your chats in their own windows. I don't use it like that though, I hate having too many windows open.
 
When I click skype I can automatically type lmao?

I already have too many windows open I don't really want to do that. I do so much at once, and such it is just hard trying to type and having to waste time clicking the proper box, and then retyping what I started already, when I could have probably had my message sent you know. lol
 
Philly maybe everyone just has the cool version that Skype is keeping secret from you.
 
That's weird, man. My Skype always lets me automatically type in the text box.

It makes me search for a user over responding to the person that messages me.

I already have the latest version. :/ unless a new version came out in the past like 40 days.
