If not, someone has reported you as abusive ( your skype name is already enough evidence IMO ), and skype support banned you.

I was signed in for about 10 minutes. My password was invalid for the entire time, til I reset my account (which was weird because I think I did some magic shit to get this thing back) & yeah. I don't think I was reported by anyone. I don't talk to but a few people on Skype. They wouldn't report me.
