You enter the persons Skype username, and it tells you there IP address.

No, i've only seen one free one that's a in browser API. Others that claim to be free, you need to download them which i wouldn't trust. The rest are included with some booters.
 
This is cool! Did you code it or something yourself? I might need this for a future booter. ;D
