Not too sure on the price but I suggest making gold bars with the goldsmith gauntlets then using them bars for crafting.
It shouldn't cost that much.

I don't think there is any ticks to get smithing up faster
Just do Mitheral then Adamant

Very helpful tool bro!! Go to the skill calculators, look up your level, type in your desired level, then see what/how many you need to get there. Then multiply that by how much one costs.
