Site problem

I can't connect to a certain website, and I don't know why.

I've already tried clearing my cookies and my cache, and it didn't work. Also my hosts file isn't blocking the website either. What is wrong?
 
Do you ever have multiple hackforums tabs open? If so I hear that can cause the website to block your IP address for a certain amount of time. That or it's down.

I haven't been able to access the website in over a week. Just now though about making a thread about it.

Are you trying to access it from a VPN?
I can only view it when my VPN is off.

No, and I already know I can't fucking access hackforums through a VPN everyone should know that if your an active user on there.

If you flushed correctly, then yes. Try that, it make take some time for your DNS to update now though.
