Since when has changing your username cost 5 koins

So I went to change my username and found out its 5 koins isnt that a lot as it used to be 100 koins 10 cents basically not its 5 dollars lol im just wondering when and why this has been implemented

That is very odd that is it so expensive. Maybe Philly decided to make it more exclusive and reduce spam, not sure.

Since a few days. It took about 6 months, but was finally accepted. Lol.
It's an upgrade feature, so making it more or less free, was a bit ridiculous.
May as well bump up to an upgrade.
