That is why I added a separate link so you can view it. It has to be that size it is a Youtube banner

Did you do anything other than blurring/erasing around the stock? There's really no focal either, you put the stock on the far right and "hobbes" on the other. My eyes just keep going back and forth. I like simplistic designs, but the amount of white space you left isn't working for you.
