@philly My friend wants to register on FK but he got this

when clicked on register it's working fine for me. IDK what happens to my friend.
 
Seems like his IP is banned for some reason, that's strange. Has he registered here before?
I'm sure Philly can explain this though as he'd know more about it than I would. I wish your friend luck!

No, he is not registered before and he isn't using any VPN.

We have dynamic IP's so whenever we re-connect to net our IP gets changed.

No, we're not using same net. It is possible that we get same ip but not at same time.
 
@anonghost tell him to restart his router then to switch the ip, that should fix it.

IDK what's happening but when I go to his home and tried to register it's working on my laptop.
He isn't able to register from his desktop only.
 
That is not any glitch, he is a banned person, what about it?

Currnetly 99.9% of Europe if banned from ForumKorner at this time. I wil unban that country sometime soon perhaps.

Obvioulsy if I was interested in sharing those details I would have by now, at this time I am not interested in sharing my reasonings.
