Ran two miles in P.E. today after not being able to eat real food at all for a week and a half and I just feel like shit. Any ideas to help me feel better?
Easy, all you have to do is, obviously eat.
Eat something that is high in protein, like meats.

Fruits are bomb and the sugars raise your bodies' energy level. This could also erase that feeling.
You're probably dehydrated. Be sure to drink plenty of water and eat what you can. I'd also have a note written to excuse you from activity in gym class.

I have to eat this gross food at filled with "Good things" that will help me after not eating for a week. If I eat real food I will become really sick because my body isn't used to food or something and I can't have any medication at all.
