Thats what they all say, it will go to the higher advocate team. You should be ok, if they aint consoled it or changed billing info, region etc then its hard for them. Did they change the alias?

Yeah they changed alias and consoles it. Although it's been on my 2 consoles for 3+ years. Won't be too hard for them to figure it out.

Don't be too certain. I had a 10yr account jacked and he impersonated me when he contacted Microsoft. They gave the mother fucker my console id. He said he was reading the notes on the UA. @hash knows what the fuck hes doing lol.

I'm pretty sure the hacker doesn't know me, I'm quite positive it was due to a keylog on my computer.
