Not gonna say theres zero chance, cause anything is possible with Microsoft. But as long as you only use Horizon to download pictures or themes, you should be perfectly fine. I've been doing it for years and had no issues.

Yes there is. But its rare. But still happens. And i suggest TeamDZN pic packs.
