1 cup coconut milk
1 kilo shrimps, cleaned
1 onion, sliced
salt to taste
2 cups kangkong leaves
finger peppers
Procedure
1. Cook the coconut milk until it boils.
2. Add the shrimps and onion. Simmer for minutes.
3. Season with salt, then add the kangkong and finger peppers.

It is usually depends upon you, but I usually don't take off the skin of the shrimp to maintain its firm flesh. I also substitute squash and string beans for a great taste as well.. hope you'll like it!
