Shoutbox

I have seen these on other sites and shoutboxes are quite successful its a way for people to talk without actually posting on a forum. Everything is just right there. To make things good you can put limitations on it like character limit, banned words, waiting times between messages, no url's. I think this would be quite successful on here and if you wanted to have it patrolled you could select a few users who are on alot to patrol the shoutbox.
*This is also easy to implement

If anything, this should be implemented for upgraded users only. We all communicate over Skype and Aim anyways so there really isn't a point to have this.

i think this has been suggested about 10 times and they declined it everytime, they declined it because it will reduce the posting activity on the forun

I don't see a point in this, it would make the posting activity slow.
