Because no one was posting, and just using the shout box instead so it was removed.

Shoutbox's are for bigger forums with consistent members, Which we don't have atm.
 
Yeah I thought it would be nice, but it killed the activity.
 
Honestly, it's for the best. I've seen a chatbox kill multiple forums.
EX: cardforums.co.cc
 
It was alright. Good for things that were too small to be discussed on a thread.
 
Yep, but would like to see it back if we get bigger, though we will need some advertising. Only like 10-20 people joining everyday now.
 
I would like to have the shoutbox back on this forum. and I think many people also would want it back
