I never said they should be banned, but it is a fine line. For example, if you scam someone and your conscience gets the better of you; the ONLY way a scammer can truly make amends is to fully reimburse their victims. If you did that, then you do deserve a second chance. If you DON'T make amends, then you can fuck yourself. Those people don't deserve to be active members of the community, and I think they should personally be IP banned.
Anyone that takes money from someone for a service/product and fails to complete that deal or refund their buyer is a scammer. If they don't make it right with their buyer, they're scumbags who deserve to be exiled. That's common sense.
