Should he have been banned?

Should oliveredmunds have been banned.
No i am not oliveredmunds i am his brother and i do hate him like all brothers hate each other.
However i know my brother and he never scammed anyone apart from at school but thats it :L.
I do agree with the rules and that as what he said was leading him to have scammed someone however there was no evidence apart from -rep to prove that he had done it on this website?
This is just a opinion not asking you to unban him i am just wondering on everyone thoughts?
And before evryeone comments saying this is oliveredmunds it is not and my emails is edmundso@stwilfrids.net as i do not have on and ceebs making one so i used his other school one.
