Anyone else see the meteor shower last night?

I had a perfect view and there were no clouds. So me and my girl got in my hot tub in my backyard to watch it.

Was actually the first time I have watched a meteor shower and I'm 20. Lol. There were some big ones that were extra bright and lasted a decent amount of time before completely burning up. We probably saw at least 50 good ones.

It was clear here too. the benefits of hoping to go for a meteorology major..

I'm also 20 and have never seen one either
 
Couple days ago, my Science teacher said a huge meteor orbited around earth lol.
 
Aaaaw, i wanted to see that, didn't even knew it was happening.

I think I saw one but I was too tired to realize it was a shooting star.

I think the meteor shower I saw is going on this entire month. That night, however, was the peak of it with around 100 per hour.
