Settings not working?

I've seen a Thread about PM's not working however I'm having a similar problem and I can't "Settings" to respond either. If I am to click on it, it simply changes the URL at the top of the screen and stays at the Homepage. Does anybody know how I'm able to get around this? All help will be appreciated as this is bugging me.

This is happening to me too, I click on the button and nothing happens, it just highlights the button. Is this all because of the SSL?

Probably all related to the SSL changes @Philly was making.
It'll all be fixed in time, it just takes some effort to fix everything.
