Setting Up A Successful CPAlead.

Would someone be willing to teach me how?
I understand the basic idea, but I just don't know how to set it up, what to put on my webpage, how to get traffic, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Weed™,

CPAlead accepts anything, just include as many details as possible, make sure you don't have a site that violates the CPAlead rules. My site got accepted, before I even finished it, I just gave them a bunch of details, such as, advertising techniques and what the site will be about.
