Setting up a phishing page?

Excuse my ignorance, but I'm a bit of a newb to the phish side of things, and could really appreciate an explanation of how..

I haven't done this in a while but im pretty sure you copy the script of the login page on runescape. make it Index.Html Its quite simple.

If you dont know what your doing it can kinda be a headache
Back in the day there was loads of people who would create a page for you for some $
But yea I would get someone you trust to make one since they could always make it so they get the logs aswell
