I think this should be implemented so that users don't have to complain about people being LQ on their threads, and users don't have to be 100% serious in every thread and are able to have a bit more fun.
If a thread has a serious tag LQ posts / spam within that thread should be dealt with accordingly.
If a thread does not have a serious tag then LQ posts should be accepted, unless it's extremely LQ / spammy.
This should be implemented in the general section of the forum and others where applicable.
