I'm going to offer a service, where I will be sending tweets to random & active users on Twitter.
These tweets can contain your adf.ly, or what not.
The amount of people I can send to is huge, I can even target specific users, such as gaming etc.
So if you want to promote your YouTube, I can send it out to loads of users.
What shall I ask for each 1000 people I tweet to?
