Absolutly... If nobody wants to buy I will use it... Has a bunch of map packs, and avatars... around 150 downloads.

I'm guessing this is for PS3 since PS4 games don't have that many map packs or dlcs.
Although the downloads does increase the value it doesn't increase it significantly. Games increase value by a lot while having 60 avatars won't really.
